Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains how Permetheon Digital Solutions (“Permetheon”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- your full name, business or company name, email address and phone number;
- your city and country;
- the service you are interested in and the project details you write;
- the date and time you agreed to this policy.
We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include them in your project details.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the service working and secure. To protect the form and the admin area from abuse, our application keeps short-lived counters based on a one-way hash of your IP address; the address itself cannot be read back from it.
How we use it
- to review and reply to your inquiry;
- to prepare for and hold the consultation you book;
- to manage any project or business relationship that follows;
- to protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Booking with Cal.com
After your inquiry is saved, you are sent to Cal.com to choose a meeting time. You can also open our Cal.com calendar on this website with “Book a call”; it loads from Cal.com only when you open it. Anything you enter there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
When you book, Cal.com tells us the meeting time and the name and email address you booked with, so we can link the meeting to your inquiry.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Inquiries are stored in a database on our hosting provider’s servers. Only authorised Permetheon administrators can see them, through a password-protected dashboard. We share your information only when the law requires it or when a service provider needs it to run this website on our behalf.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Contact page sets one strictly necessary cookie that protects the form against forged and duplicate submissions; it is deleted when you close your browser. Administrators also receive a sign-in cookie for the dashboard.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any project that follows. Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The dashboard is protected by individual accounts with hashed passwords, limited sign-in attempts and role-based permissions.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email businessinquiry@permetheon.com and we will respond.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Each inquiry records which version of the policy was agreed to.
